Event Medical - First Aid Cover

We are pleased to be able to offer fully qualified and practicing, Nurses, Doctors, Paramedics, Emergency Medical Technicians and Advanced First aiders. Our Frontline Ambulances are equipped to NHS standards. We are able to supply 4x4 Ambulances for off road events.

For large events we endeavour to visit the venue prior to the event date to allow us to meet with the organisation team, this ensures the correct cover is provided and allows us to gain an overall view of the site.

Due to our experience we are able to treat many patients on site therefore reducing the workload on the local Accident Department. Ambulance and Crew will transport patients to the local Accident department if we are unable to treat the patient on site. Patients are stabilised before being transported.

All patient treatments are documented and remain confidential.

Our Clients

A major international cricket ground since 2001, for both Domestic and International games. Crowds in excess of 22,000. In addition we supply cover for the venues Corporate Events with a range of participants young and old. From 20-300 clients.

Cover is also supplied to domestic Cricket Grounds in the South of England with capacity crowds of over 15,000 for both Cricket and occasional special events/concerts.

We provide a London Premier League football club with Paramedic Ambulance cover for the First team, Reserve and Academy players.

Our strong relationship with a number of event management companies has led to us providing cover at a number of festivals and council run fetes in excess of 100,000 people.

We have worked with a number of Concert Promoters supplying cover throughout the South of England and beyond.

Cover has been provided to an internationally known music artist on his national tour, together with audience first aid cover where crowds exceeded 30,000 people.

Southern Medical Services supply cover throughout Sussex, Surrey and Kent for a large number of equestrian events where we supply Paramedic cover with Frontline and 4x4 Ambulances.

Patient Transportation Services (Organ Transportation)

We are pleased to be able to offer our fleet of fully equipped Ambulances 24 hours a day 365 days a year for patient transportation. Ambulance crews are fully qualified Paramedics and Emergency Medical Technicians. Nurse escorts can be provided if required.

Our vehicles are suitable for walking, wheelchair and critically ill patients. We are able to transport patients throughout the UK and Mainland Europe.

We provide Ground Ambulance transfers for a multi-national medical assistance company. Meeting patients at any UK airport, Port or Hospital throughout mainland Europe.

Our Ambulances are available to transport transplant organs throughout the UK.
